A very strong and durable material that will not continue to tear if accidentaly cut. (Our competitors use a 7.5oz or 9oz fabric. It is much lighter and much less durable than ours) The Boat House is anchored to the ground with 8 36" stainless steel earth anchors, (each with a holding power of approx. 1100 psi) assuring it will not move during high winds!
Boat House comes complete with all hardware and an easy to follow set of assembly instructions. The Boat House can be easily assembled by 2 people, with just basic hand tools and a ladder, in about 4 hours. It is packed in 2 boxes and weighs approx. 350 lbs.
