My name is Nicole and I live in Nashua NH near the YMCA. About 5 minutes off RT.3. I have a 3 year old son. I run a home childcare. I am open Mon-Fri 6:30am-6:00 pm. I am offering full and part time care as well as before and after school. I am very close to Dr. Crisp and Infant Jesus. I will provide healthy breakfast, snacks, and lunch. Menus will be handed out on a monthly basis. The only thing you’ll need to bring is diapers. I plan a variety of activities weekly that will be posted for parents to see. These include doing art projects, reading, singing, playing outside and many more. We have a three bedroom home with a finished basement that I have set up as a daycare complete with different areas (dramatic play, blocks, library, science, and manipulative). We have a big fenced in backyard and all the toys a child could every need. We have toys in every room! I also have cots or playpens for napping. I have all the equipment needed for babies and young toddlers including a highchair, baby swing, bouncy seat, exercauser, and baby supplies.
I have an associate’s degree in early childhood education and have taken close to 100 workshops on children and safety. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I worked in a daycare center for 9 years with children ages 3 months – 12 years old as a teacher of many different groups of children. I was also the program manager for the toddler program for 3 years. I oversaw 7 classrooms and the teachers that ran them. I love being with children and having fun. It is so rewarding teaching them new things and watching them grow. I look forward to running a structured program filled with exciting and fun learning experiences.
I am currently in the licensing process and am just awaiting the visits from the state. I can provide references and background check. Thanks for reading!
